Devi caricare la foto su imageshack o TinyPic e poi la carichi nelle tue impostazioni per la firma...

La foto come dimensione massima può essere 700 x 200 ;)

Io l ho rimpicciolita con paint e poi l ho inserita dalle impostazioni del profilo.. :D
