ciao ragazzi volevo chiedere alcuni consigli...devo cambiare olio e olio cambio e dati i 130000 km pensavo di cambiare anche olio compressore,il meccanico mi consiglia shell 5w30longlife come olio motore,che dite?cosa consigliate come olio comp. e cambio?grazie a tutti.....

guarda nella sezione motore r53 , dovresti trovare qualcosa, al limite usa la funzione cerca ;)
