Il Mobil1 è un ottimo lubrificante, ma non conosco la R53 per darti consigli. Io in passato l'ho usato su una precedente auto OOOO Audi A4 1,8T BNZ e mi sono trovato molto bene.

Nella R56, R60 e  F56 sicuramente NO, nella R53 putroppo non posso risponderti non conoscendo il modello, mi spiace.
