Salve a tutti. Mi consigliate l'olio più adatto per una R56 Cooper con 160.000 Km, un additivo per olio per ridurre il passaggio di olio in camera di combustione, un prodotto per lavaggio motore prima di sostituire l'olio?  

Vorrei anche procedere con la pulizia del corpo farfallato ma non trovo uno schema col posizionamento.
