Il primo trofeo è stato disputato nel 1994.

 

Partecipavano le MINI classiche in versione Cooper 1.3i opportunamente modificate.

Avevano all'incirca 87cv, pesavano 640kg e raggiungevano una velocità massima di 180 km/h

Un preparatore famoso in questo ambito era "Classic Auto".

I circuiti in cui correvano erano per esempio: Adria, Misano, Vallelunga, Varano, Magione...
